Today I'd like to point out that we produce a lot of plastic and a huge part of it floating in the oceans. Did you know there is a Plastic Island between Hawaii and North America which is as big as Central Europe and weights about 3m tons? It's true, search the web for 'Plastic Planet' and I'm quite sure you will find at least one page :-)
Well there are some easy ways to stop that:
1) don't use plastic bags for your shopping tours - or at least as few as possible
2) recycle plastic whenever possible
3) buy water in glass or recyclable plastic bottles
Well there's nothing for you to earn but a cleaner environment :-)
